Lutris runs games with bunch of stuff like their runtime, dxvk, vkd3d, dxvk-nvapi, dgvoodoo etc
I think checking your lutris settings for what all is enabled and running the game using those may help

You can just use Topgrade and it'll update your entire system, including everything from your oh-my-$shell, pip, flatpak, snap etc
