It feels like nothing really happened, it introduces one of the targets and neutralizes him effortlessly, which is especially odd as the start of a new volume. Well I'm still looking forward to more.
I am a little concerned about how this will work. Reading the manga is fine because you get a few pages every week but if you try to do the same in anime form it will probably feel repetitive. "My recently hired maid is suspicious" had a similar problem.
