I just made a server, download 4k content on a pirate site. Spend around 5€ for my mullvad VPN. And we don't even need to go to the cinema anymore. Which is like 15€ per ticket at least. We do it sometimes for a date to get out of the house. But it just gets expensive very fast once you get candy and drinks.

Audits don't mean shit IMO, mullvad got raided by Swedish police and the police were allowed to see the logs and stated there's no logs on the servers.
I have a 22 year old steam account, played every cod on there, every decent multiplayer shooter that came out the past 22 years, not once did I get a false ban on that account. Cheaters love to lie. Vac has always reverted false vac bans if there was one that happened to people.
Never had a website or service deny an email change in my 25 years of being on the internet. But you can move all the other stuff to a different email and keep the ones you can't change on your gmail. Still a better choice than giving all your data to google.
Most competitive multiplayer games are free nowadays: cs2, fortnite, apex, warzone, pubg, rainbow six siege are all free. You are not forced to buy any skins to be any better in the game.
Unfortunately for the ones that haven't gamed that much over the years, the skill level is insanely high in most. But there's a thing called skill-based matchmaking in most anyways. Free games adds the downside of people smurfing/ cheating. But I would say most of those games try to combat it even though it ain't easy to do that (except for cs2).
Singleplayers from indie devs are king rn and usually the cost is around 30$, or just don't buy on release and wait a year or 2 for insane price drops.

I have an old PC with a gtx 1070 with 2tb ssd and 24 GB of hard drives, all bought before the AI price hikes of course. I am already at a net win.
If I pay for YouTube premium, Netflix, disney, amazon prime, HBO max, spotify. I have to spend around 70 euros a month. (4k content or family pack)

Make sure to buy it through a proxy, like f.e. https://digitalgoods.proxysto.re/en . That way they will never be able to link it to you.
