Bradbury's Martian Chronicles.

I was on the verge of ditching books altogether as we were only given books with stories or characters I didn't care for at all or that I didnt engage with.

Then I picked the Martian Chronicles and that book elicited colours and images. I didn't really understand the subtext at the time but the poetic impression it left in me was so powerful I started to read books with joy. Always chasing the poetry, rhythm, feelings I once felt.

I've used e/OS for two years. I don't like the interface, it's like iOS and I can't see what people like in it. It's hardly customisable. A lot of apps didn't work back then (I think I tried it last 4 years ago). I'm back to LineageOS.

47W. Never wanted kids. I don't miss it. I'm happy when I see my friends' kids but I really don't want one.

I have time for me and I couldn't afford raising one but again, I've never ever felt the need to be a parent.

No one has ever pressured me into having children. People knew I wasn't the the type even when I was a kid. They never questioned my choice not to get married either. So no peer pressure.

Bath towel, washglove and dishcloth : every sunday.

Bedsheets : every two weeks (weekly during summer when it's really hot).

I live in a very dry region, so I rarely have to worry about mold as long as I let everything dry properly after use (aka, not in a ball). If something start to smell moldy I bath it in baking soda for a day or two then wash it. All clean.

That. And nonbinarity.

  • "Mom, I'm not girl"

  • "But you have girl parts between your legs, you're not a boy"

  • "Mom, I'm not a boy either. I'm something else. Also I don't want kids and I'm not sexually attracted to anyone"

That was almost 40 years ago. No internet at the time and not categories like ace, enby, etc.

Same here, I use both KeePassXC and Bitwarden. But I dont store heavily sensitive passwords on Bitwarden, like my email passwords, encryption retrieval keys, etc.
