You mention that "It’s not perfect. It’s an early version and it needs work. It doesn’t perform well yet", but it has worked flawlessly so far on my installation of Fedora atomic (Bazzite, to be specific) with Plasma. Paired with "Hide from Screencast" feature, Fracture is an amazing tool to mirror a screen in a properly scaled and configured way.
