Yes, pixelfed and mastodon are very connected. To be honest I'm not sure if I follow any witchy pixelfed accounts, most of them are on mastodon I think, particularly on the pagan.plus server. F.e. TheTempleMom and Cat_LeFey. I can so all fediverse posts, as long as they include images. And if not, I can still see it if I'm tagged or get a direct link that I can post in the search bar.
