Here are a few scans of what I see.
I tried the original Mastodon app, it shows the same double links. I also see you appear twice when I search for @Innerworld One with 7 posts, one with 17 posts.
When I use the one with 7 posts the links give me an error.
Strange but I’ll search on.

As far as I can see, all of your posts appear with the double links.
But your reply to me seems fine. I have never seen this, no other toots appear like this.

All of your posts contain a headline (like Astronomers discover etc) accompanied by 2 links, both links go back to the toot in which the 2 links appear. So what is the use of the two links? It does not link to an article or something else.
@usernamesAreTricky@uspolitics This kind of behavior could be an early sign of dementia like many other signs recently. Trump MUST have been checked for dementia. If so, the American people have the right to know the results.
IF it is dementia he must be taken out of the election immediately, dementia is progressive and a president with dementia is very very dangerous. #VoteVoteVote#HarrisWalz2024#VoteBlueToEndTheMadness
