How about CALIFORNIA, Oregon and Washington states all secede and name it "West America" and build a border system. Freeze all "East American" assets such as military bases, equipment and such (like we froze Russian and others) and charge #Trump and the other America a tax or usage fee. Tariff the hell outta 'em lol
