About to hit 30, anywhere from once a day to every couple of weeks. Depends on how stressed we are. I tend to have a higher libido so a touch more than we have now would be nice, but no complaints here.
I've found that if we have too much sex then I don't enjoy it as much, but on the other hand there's so much to do and try, and practice makes perfect
