Though there's a bug on the UI that refers to the custom layer by it's default name. Otherwise, it works. The #StreetComplete fork called SCEE, for "experienced editors" supports custom tile layers.
Though there's a bug on the UI that refers to the custom layer by it's default name. Otherwise, it works.
