I use the version of MakeHuman for blender to create the scene. Later, I use stable diffusion with the latest realisticVision, using a custom lora to create more natural bodys.
It is very interesting how in stable diffusion it is difficult to create something that does not conform to the standard of beauty. In this case, the one that is older and has separate breasts.
I use ControlNet tile, normal map and inpaint, depending on the task. Usually, I create many variations using X/Y/Z script testing different CFG and denoise values, and in GIMP I create mockups that are feed into SD.
About Poser, could it be? It would be interesting to know how they create the original art.
I have Two version for Suzi 😉. I am currently upsizing the first one, because I did it in small format. I later started with a bigger size from the start.
I try a lora for breast and I think that improves a little the nipples.

Like it!. The trick is create a nude version, blend that version with the one with clothes in Photoshop, and use again Stable diffusion it works :)
