Eh, I disagree. Propaganda is particularly insidious with current tech/media. It's one thing to say, "Russia (et. al.) meddled in our election," or "Cambridge Analytica enabled dictatorial regimes," without understanding the mechanics of such influence. This kind of (yes) research demonstrates the vulnerabilities of familiar platforms and the role the average user/person plays in activating propagandic efforts.

Edit: We should not take familiar spaces for granted, just because they look the same as they ever did and the format is consistent. Such a program as was run is a proverbial canary in the coalmine. The real-world sample is necessary.
