Wow, thank you! Although I'm not sure about the conclusion. I guess the devs are fully aware of the situation since they also use immich themselves. Maybe they always upload their images immediately so that they don't focus on the situation in which the media is unsynced.
For me, the post does neither address the question, nor the answer. What is the problem? What is the solution?
Don’t just use Mastodon. Own it. The fediverse is living proof that the technical side of this already works, what’s missing is the people side.
What's wrong with mastodon? Most people don't want to be invested in anything with it. I use mastodon once every other month. I don't want to spend 5 bucks per month or own it. I don't want to participate. I'm fine with rochko doing whatever he wants. What's wrong with it?
I do the same nowadays. FB every other day (or whenever I can) is better than a split you can't make. And the main goal for mr is to live and have fun and my body supports that livestyle. Not the other way round.
It's also dangerous. If you eat too much today and try to offset it tomorrow by starving (overshooting), you're going to hurt your body if it becomes a habit. (A deficit larger than ~500kcal will decrease your muscle mass)
Rest is also important for recovery, if you need it. The fitter you are. The more you can do.
This sounds like a rant from an openai investor that there is someone who offeres his product - which is roughly the same as the author's (financer's) product - for free for anyone who is willing to host it himself.
Open source is good and not a bad business idea. Open weights is better than fully closed source. Share stuff that you can share and work together, not against each other.
Do I praise chinese products? No. But chinese is not worse than american products from an european perspective nowadays.
Sound like it's using cpu and not gpu?
Thank you for the explanation! Highly appreciate it!

Sadly that tells you something about the linux knowledge of the nixcraft guy.
If he would've stopped at making fun with pacman -Syu, it would've been ok. You forgot a y and arch is not less usable than debian ..
I'm on opensuse aeon btw, I don't interact with the OS anymore. It's just there and works, like atomic fedora, I don't care.
Yes! There is a trash in case I need an image back. At leats it should only ask once per session, not for every single image.
Nice find! But that is also already toggled.
That is already set

I'll read it later but can it be summed up into one or two sentences?
I use a sample for tests, not the full set
More muscles will consume more kcal. You could lose the 1.5kg simply by eating at maintenance and working out over a few months.

Good comment.

Yes, but that's not going to happen. Proton vendor locks you in the sense that they don't use open standards.
Worthless projects dillute valuable projects.
Imagine there being 100 photo projects like this.
One of them is immich. You are new and have no experience. How would you decide which one to install?
Cooks want to cook alone.

Thx.
Is karousel on kde already as good as paperwm on gnome?
