He was against landlord on principle. Even he knew the parasites that would come out of them. Let me see if I can get a quote that summed him up nicely from his book “wealth of economics”
I feel you. I am close to this situation but maybe it is time to throw caution to the wind. If not now when? Take up those arms, get the food stuffs to last in a siege. Take precatuions

My biggest problem I foresee selling this is, how do we pay for all these wishes. I suppose it would be the wealth tax. Here’s hoping they can make the math math
Hell yeah, we been riding the economic advantage of providing weapons and not loosing people or infrastructure. Now imagine if the government just ordered a bunch of housing, yeah sure they go into debt but people become more productive
This is going to be viewed as a conspiracy to keep people out of power. Further dividing us. I’m all for staying in Canada. These people shouldn’t have gotten to this stage. But what do we do with all the angst of the federal government.

Perhaps this gave me a glimmer of hope, can a company operate without all the overhead of middle men. As I believe you’re correctly pointing out, it can operate on marginally profits, but the risks are too high. When mistakes are made there’s no room in the books
Anybody have a clear cut answer for this? It’s happening in so many cities. We have to get people homes but that will by nature devalue others. Now I do believe they can afford it, but whatever we do we have to get them to agree to or do we?
