@Captain_Waffles It’s subjective of course, but sometimes I feel good about it and other times, like you said, it just sucks. (in regards to ADHD, not migraines which i can’t imagine having any upside)
@doublejay1999 You’re right in that “everyone” experiences these thing. The difference with ADHD people is the frequency and extremity at which these kinds of things are experienced. They often happen to a dibilitating degree.

@Spurton there’s a lot of overlap of symptoms between OCD and ADHD! Worth looking into but your psychiatrist can give you the official word, of course
