@WabePoliticsNewsBot Sooo .. will SCOTUS attempt the logic pretzel that would let Trump violate the USPS charter (Postal Reorganization Act of 1970) to reliably deliver the mail?
In addition to that basic provision, the 1970 act also explicitly made the USPS an independent agency (explicitly removing it from the cabinet - and thereby the President), something we know SCOTUS dislikes. If its independence is acknowledged, then the XO is immaterial. But there is still that pesky law to ignore.
