My personal take is trying to "recover faster" is just not taking enough rest to properly recover and leaves you more prone to injury. Most people won't understand this until they've suffered a few injuries.

If you're training one thing heavily, more than 3 times per week, make sure you do a very thorough warmup every time. As in warmup for 15-20 minutes before you do anything intense. For Aerials I imagine you should prioritize your wrists, forearms, shoulders, back and hamstrings. Treat inflammation with ice and Motrin. If the pain starts getting worse, take a week off, or dial it back and work your way up again.

If the tendonitis is severe, ask a doctor. They may be able to treat it quickly with a steroid injection or you might need surgery.

Personal opinion: I would stay away from Athlean-X when it comes to gymnastics or circus arts type fitness. He doesn't have the flexibility or understand it to do it properly but he doesn't let it stop him from making tutorial content for it.

From your aerial video I see the main things to train would be pike flexibility/mobility, leg raises, pull overs, and pull ups. You shouldn't need to have a front lever, but instead being comfortable with pullovers.

Here is a more proper leg raise that translates to aerial's/gymnastics. See how you need pike flexibility to perform it properly. Notice how the goal is to keep everything straight, arms, back, and legs. There's actually very little pulling or back involved.
