Why not just export the secret key to the NAS and then import it on whatever device needs it? No reason to copy and paste the whole directory to each machine.
Remove every "AdBlocker" and install a real one, aka uBlock Origin. AdGuard is definitely a good extension but imo uBlock Origin is the way to go and using multiple have been proven to harm blocking capabilities.

One site I've seen with this behaviour is smspool.net. No matter what you search on DDG, it won't come up.
