The thing is whether or not you detonate the throw properly - hold e to charge, throw, heavy attack while it's in the air.
buy glaive prime and mostly keep it for the ongoing maintenance - orokin reactors/catalysts, slots, maybe some annoying mods that are nice

it's latron being a tiny bit ahead of dual toxocysts, latron's pingpong projectile is fun enough that I like to trickshot with it and it's more predictable for such shots than plasmor's projectile
this isn't feasible in non-single player and only a bit story driven game
definitely it's impact and puncture damage being borderline useless and just bad on their own

The objectively correct answer is "enough". Overframe is pretty bad for builds, but forma optimizing button is really nice so I recommend
