I'm glad to see Carnivà le has already been mentioned. If I could choose only one, that is it. There are many others that have been mentioned that are also on my list though.
About the only shows I can think of that I haven't seen mentioned but would also add are Penny Dreadful and Jupiter's Legacy.

I also remember enjoying Heavy Metal as a teen, but not sure if I'd enjoy it nowadays.
The temperature. It's always just cold enough in the building that I need to wear a jacket.
Also the people who feel the need to eat stinky foods at their desk.
I regret that I am able to upvote this only once. I am definitely not in the target demographic for his style of comedy.
