To be honest I think the G8, (pretty sure it was 8 at the time?) was just as bad if not worse just a much shorter period. But you're right the stupid city has been installing extra security and police presence all year and it feels really uncomfortable all the time. The sniper thing was one of those stupid 'anti terrorist' things they rolled through a few months ago. It sucks fuck fifa and fuck Ford too.

I hope all the best for you. If it feels like you've hit an impasse, I have found psychotherapy technics the most effective; Emotion Image Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. The first one I think might be more beneficial to you if you still feel the same in the future. Anyhow I hope this helps and please don't mind my terrible spelling.

I had an experience a few years back and stopped crying for 2 years. I cry now but if it's for personal reasons I often suppress my emotions as it starts and it goes away before I can process anything. Therapy has helped me recently cry longer and stay in a moment, but I understand that's expensive and even I can't afford it. I hope you are able to process things.

Your ability to see accurate colours is always affected by your space and light. If you have a window and lamp around you could slightly move your phone and the colour temperature of either will change the colour you are trying to recreate. It's kind of a bitch have to deal with if you are colour balancing and grading for work, and you need to use colour scopes and graphs to make sure they are truly accurate.
