Idk what the agenda is but it’s pretty telling about the quality of this community that people are not seeing the AI patterns and downvoting you as hell.

I also use AI to write a lot of stuff and most of my code is AI written by now, I stare at AI responses the entire day and this is definitely mostly AI written. Which would be fine, but lying about it is the weird part.

Not that I ever cloned any random repo from some random ass project anyone was posting here but seeing this the LLM might as well go back farm for Reddit user data, I don’t think people are smarter here lol

I have family in places where we had the pleasure of dealing with both Bushs, Obama, Trump and Biden, and frankly, they are all the same to me. I’ve never been to America but America came to us. Don’t use victims of American imperialism as a token to make a point.

It didn’t help me or my family & friends at all that it wasn’t Trump doing it before and I am horrified of what happened in Venezuela, but every American president at least since I’m alive is a war criminal but actually probably almost every American president ever has been a war criminal.

I don’t care about your political leanings. Stop doing war crimes in my country and in all other countries so I can go back lol. I don’t care who commits them or commits less of them or says nicer things while committing them, just fucking stop and stop pretending that you’re a better person for prioritizing your domestic issues and then calling me a Russian bot when I tell you that I don’t care who destroys my country. Bye

Honestly dude until you have ever had to flee a warzone with killing squads going around, torture prisons, and children hospitals being bombed you’ll never understand.

I don’t care if your war criminal is blue or red or from Russia or USA, feel good about yourself for supporting not Trump but you have no idea how little it matters who’s running the torture prison you lock up my uncle in or throwing the bomb that killed my best friend‘s aunt or who destroyed my house.

Harris would not have stopped the genocide. There’s no genocide light. It’s either you’re complicit in genocide or not. Trump is objectively a horrible person and I would have never voted for him but that doesn’t make Harris not a genocide supporter.

I thought we were past this blue MAGA bullshit.

Not gonna happen. The EU has a joint GDP as large as China but Europe is stuck in nationalism and not getting over its imperialist past in terms of mindset.

IMO all kids in the EU would need to learn native level English from kindergarten on next to their native tongue and English would need to become an official language next to the local language if applicable in all EU countries.

And then all administrative matters and everything would need to be bilingual. Then Europe could use its immense cultural heritage, history in unionizing, strong labor laws and social security networks (that should become EU wide) to attract skilled people.

But for that people would have to get over the idea that they are somehow superior to other cultures, which is not gonna happen, so an Indian software engineer will rather go somewhere else than e.g. Germany because they don’t want to be treated like shit.

If someone’s starting point is that the earth is 6000 years old then sure, this is irrational in a sense that it’s not something very likely to be true given our current scientific knowledge.

But in general, I don’t think it’s irrational or more like anti-science to believe in God per se. If your starting point is that the big bang theory is plausible but we don’t know what was before currently, then the question of God and religion is simply: do I think there was just nothing and a singularity has caused this or do I think it is really true or more plausible that there’s a being that created all this or is the origin of this.

At that point you can have interesting philosophical discussions and I don’t think it’s a sign of anything to have beliefs about something that we can currently only speculate about anyway.
