@Wren funny part, this was originally by South Korea the whose families have been destroyed beyond the non return point. It is simply going to disappear, men and women alike. Partly because of how feminism caused a very sudden doubling of workforce while the work market and society didn't adapt. Men have chronic depression, high suicide rates even at very young ages and have no interest in sex. On average. It's kinda late for the pill unfortunately. Still, women and traditional society expect them to have the same purchasing power the previous generation had when, effectively, it has halved by getting split between men and women so now they both struggle. I would say a return to one worker per family would help fixing things, however like I said it's already too late

@velma sure she gets impacted the most during pregnancy, but think of men having to take their responsibility and support a woman that was just a flirt. Take her to hospital, be there, buy food and supplements, stick around, give money, maybe even end up in an unwanted marriage. I've personally seen entire lives ruined, children included, male and female, just because pill was not an option. But the bellyh, right

@velma because women don't live in a vacuum. If she got pregnant then there most likely is a man involved. Which may not wish to become father. It could have been an adventure, he could be an underage student in which case his parents would be on the hook. I really don't see how you expect a pregnancy to only ever affect the mother
