I have had some success using the URPM for blowjobs, but it's still pretty luck-based. Ultimately, adding additional anatomy (a dick or another intertwined person) seems to be pretty difficult to get right. That's why there's so many posts of just a single naked woman in portrait with the hands out of frame - it's just really easy to make those prompts work.

I've also wondered this question about Hentai vs Realistic. I was unsure when I posted the first realistic post if this was the right community for it, or if it was just for hentai. Personally I don't mind if they are mixed (since I think both are cool), but I am willing to move elsewhere if that's what the community wants. For instance, we already have an AIGen Futa Porn community, so there is some precedent for having multiple communities here.
I inpainted the faces, so that's probably why they're higher detail. I would have thought it would have evened out when up-resing the whole image. I'll take a look.

I generated it on my computer using Automatic1111.
I used the prompt given here to do the general composition and then used inpainting to fix the faces/hands.

Looks great! That left hand seems to disappear a bit, but it's a little hard to tell with the fabric of the shirt.
