I would seem to me, there's a market for opening a daycare that pays livable wages, and another where you could both undercut nursing facilities and pay the staff living wages.
I'm not a fan of capitalism by any means, but it does seem that this should market correct no? What's stopping that from happening?
There are companies that work that way. In my experience, they either meddle in lower-level affairs themselves or command their department heads to do so on their behalf.

25 was good, insurance costs often go down, you're more likely to now be seen as a responsible adult by default. Your body is probably not rapidly deteriorating.
The best I have for you all at that age is, you're probably not feeling a effects of age yet, you can probably still party and most of your friends aren't married with children so you probably still have people to party with.
30's you recover more slowly, your friends start getting sparse as they start their own families.
40's you have to work to not fall to sloth, energy isn't a given, you have to schedule to get time with your friends
50's you need to start being careful about how you do things. your friends have grown children, if you don't do body maintenance you will fall into disrepair and it's hard AF to get out of that. Many people find stuff they used to enjoy eating now causes them discomfort. Your knees, back, ankles might pop when you get out of bed or occasionally when you go up steps

They're both functionally equivalent. One doesn't surface data significantly better than the other. For a webpage, Piefed moves a little faster on an average release. I prefer the user acct in the upper right with drop down rather than center top page with a dropdown.
I prefer seeing up and down votes upfront on my posts.
I like lemmy's interface a bit better. I like the speed and cleanliness of piefed.

I buy 60 lbs of 00 pizza flour every 6 months.
I make pizzas starting on the range in a ripping hot cast iron pan, finish them under the broiler for in a couple minutes.
Pizza is INCREDIBLY cheap to make from raw ingredients, you can even use really good cheese and pep and come out less than $10 a pie.
