I haven't read his main series, Chrysalis, yet, but it's pretty consistently ranked as one of the best in the genre. For Book of the Dead, I haven't noticed any story or worldbuilding issues that typically accompanies rushed projects. It's pretty well put together, barring a comic relief character with a juvenile sense of humor and the occasional typo.
As with any genre, some authors are stronger than others. There's a lot of trash, but there's some really good stuff as well. Dungeon Crawler Carl, for example, has my highest recommendation.
A conspiracy of friends have me reading LitRPGs right now, so I'm reading the second Book of the Dead by RinoZ right now, and listening to He Who Fights With Monsters.
LLMs are really good at pattern recognition, making them an excellent tool for scientists and medical researchers.
