i'm currently on the same boat, fp5 with murena's OS. i believe we read the same article and i also read graphene OS's posts on mastodon about murena and it's founder.

im thinking about switching to Lineage sometime soon(?) and do heavy customization there. I don't really use murena's features (i hate the launcher but i knew i would before installing) and i'm not finding anything useful for me on /e/OS.

from september to january/february i was running ubuntu touch, which was fun, haven't checked back on the project for quite some time (i had to do some scary stuff to come back to android tho)

didn't the developer of calyx os harass people from the graphene os project?

i'm honestly thinking about getting a feature phone...

it may be psychological (that doesn't mean is not real tho) and that sucks

or it may be because of inflammation, it causes subtle differences in the way you look (specially how you see yourself). most people won't notice tho

i've been a tuta (paid) user for 3 years and im thinking of self-hosting or switching providers bc i now want to use a third party client

i want to check out mailo because they support custom domains and have catchall functionality and are in the EU (like tuta) but allow third party clients

for anyone who's looking for alternatives and doesn't fear the shell i really recommend Helix. it's like vi* but in reverse and comes with batteries included, you only need to install the language servers (and maybe the grammars depending on your distro

there's also evil-helix which mimmicks vi style keybindings and more

it can be relatively easy to get linux in chromebooks, i love them

i bought an Acer CB311 intel (x86) second hand for half the price and put linux on it like 4 years ago, it was my main computer until last year my dog knocked a glass of water next to it (it's alive but i messed up the screen and keyboar using the blow drier)

after that i bought a new acer CB314 (arm cpu) and have been really happy with it

longest baterry lives ive seen and they are perfect for some light development
