Agree and disagree. In a public restroom, I hope for a cold seat. Warm seat equals hot stall. My home bathroom always had the cold seat, which was a good thing until I got bidet with heated seat. Now it's nice and warm with peace of mind that no stranger pre warmed it up with their big cheeks!
