The idea is that they "warn" you of something completely normal (like your wheel being round) and say it with a concerned tone (like how they'd say "hey your tyre is flat!") so that you'd naturally stop your bike to check, making you look like a fool for stopping to check that your wheel is round.

I looove games with a first person camera, but I'm kinda sensitive to low fov (field of view) and usually need to adjust it to make FPS games playable, otherwise it's vomit town.
I remember that Doom (2016) on the PS4 with it's super low default fov managed to make me feel motion sickness in less than 30s of gameplay. Impressive!
