Yep still getting not in queue. There was a brief moment when I got the image I wanted, and I went to create a persona and chat. That kept telling me there were errors on the page, until eventually I did get a chat link. However, when I had to minimize that screen for something and came back to it, the chat was gone, and I was back to getting "not in queue" again.
