Disciplina bate motivação todos os dias, e a dobrar aos domingos. Começa a fazer algo regular como desporto. Seja ginásio/academia, seja um desporto de equipa que te obriga a participar.
Mesmo que seja pouco, uma melhoria pequena de forma contínua acumula-se. Nunca pares de tentar.
O amor é fodido. Mas vale apena arriscar, talvez te magoes pelo caminho, mas a recompensa vale apena. Especialmente na companhia, possivelmente vitalícia.
