i think i am mostly too off in my own world to be on the lookout for such things tbh. something has to be very close in my field of view for me to notice 😅
and on the flipside while i don't bother to wear bras i also don't think anyone is paying attention to whatever is happening down my shirt (but that may be the off in my own world thing again, i am super oblivious and my default is to assume i am not being perceived at all)
it's a tricky one i think, narration can really make or break any audiobook and i reckon that is even moreso for erotic audiobooks. might be worth digging into the romance genre because there is a lot of stuff in there, lot of genres with varying levels of smut and it is usually pretty well tagged so people can find their niches more easily. there are a bunch of audiobooks in that vein and if you're in luck people will have reviewed that version.
i have definitely found short audios that have some story to them but it really is mostly a couple of vague plot points with porn hanging off them, which is fun too, i just haven't gotten around to going on a treasure hunt for more substantial things yet myself so i'm sorry i don't have anything more specific!
