1oz white rum (Shipwreck)
1oz toasted coconut rum
1oz Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
1/2 oz lime
4 oz Jarritos Tamarind
Pretty good. Tamarind soda by itself I find meh, but its subdued nature works well here. I think a sparkling green tea would be good here if you can't get tamarind.

I think anything in soda is a highball, like Jack & Coke or a Paloma. This one is probably too complicated to qualify technically, but has the spirit, mostly soda and not really stirred or shaken, easy peasy.
