Air-fried butter beans are basically the same as chicken breast. Brush em with oil, salt heavily, delicious.

I haven't tried it yet, but evidently there's DIY versions of the Just Egg replacement (i.e. mung bean)

Fair. Food safe crickets and mealworms aren't an easy to buy food without going online, and then there's shipping and ugh
