Voila, party ready without help of the douche aristocracy and definitely stronger than the other dork heroes since he was not incompetent at hero job and trained Raphtalia sucessfully.

Yup. Chinese ones are more tolerable, they mostly use isekai just to justify MC using Earth idioms, measuring units and so on, and except that they barely even mention it.
Entire genre idea is not bad though, it can be fun if not made by or for the usual neckbeards.
It's not Marxist or anything but it acknowledges that class exists in the world. The protagonist is disabled and has to get help from others. There are many horrible nobles who get their comeuppance in a limited way.
Putting john brown in anything would make it good. Doubt me? Star wars sequels, but john brown instead of rey. Boom. Indiana Jones but the main is john brown. Boom again. All anime, but john brown is in it.
