I could guess that it was the part controlled by the fascist coup government, but some people support Ukraine while somehow being unaware of the nature of the government, and I don't know if you're just ignorant or pro-fascism. To be perfectly clear: no, I don't support fascists' right to defend themselves under any circumstances, even if the deaths of non-fascist civilians is tragic
