So, is this a prequel to Witch from Mercury? There isn't a description, but that seems to be how it is listed on AniList. I think one of these days I really need to get around to watching that show. I have heard that it is pretty much a standalone series. The enormous Gundam-verse has always seemed a bit too intimidating to break into as somebody that isn't really familiar at all with it.
Edit: I have no idea what is going on, but just flipping through to look at the art, I love the Carmen Sandiego style:
