Most probably can't relate, but my first association is always How It Is (Wap Bap …), a song released by German beauty youtuber "BibisBeautyPalace" who got up to the worldwide 5th most-disliked Youtube video (1st place of a non-English Youtuber) back then because it was so utterly terrible.
You have to be there to get it. Without context, it's not better or worse than Friday, and it got definitely seen as worse than that at its time. Eventually, most of the top disliked videos are just mid if you really view them objectively, without infuriating context and from a distance.
Also some context which made it particularly infuriating: She made her (mostly minor) fans pre-order the song for an insane price when it wasn't released, promising that it would be amazing and so high quality to be worth everything. I don't think people expected it to be really good, but releasing the most bland child song you can imagine which no-one can take seriously after doing that is really… wow. Also in general, her content was just pretty low-quality.
