This might have seemed like a fun/cheeky way to seem green, but it comes off as a cheap ploy to exceed the word count (presuming there is one)

"Sanity campaign" Not the first word that came to mind, but sure why not.

Is "2010 El Camino" part of his address? Does that mean something other than a car in this context?

Edit: upon looking it up, it seems to be a post box rental place.
