Pretty easy. Get a big flat slab of solid matter (probably wood, plastic, or metal) and put a handle in the middle.

That'll fly all over the place. Handle slightly offset with a forearm strap equally offset the other way, much better support with two anchor points

It's from Thanos Quest, a prologue of sorts to the original comic book version of the Infinity War story. It's pretty much my all-time favourite comic, highly recommended.
