OK, so. The AfD is the far right German Party(they literally want to deportate everyone that likes Migrants or is a migrant). So when one of the members tries to hand the man (Günther) a Flyer ebout them he responds with "Fuck you". His wife however says "Günther! Do you want them to have have kids(who will become fascists too)".
I honestly read that as a joke about the all too common "if we ostracize them that will only make them stronger" stance some politicians and the media are taking. But I guess your's makes more sense.

Jeder nicht angenommene AFD-Zettel wird jemand anderes in die Hand gedrückt.
Also: Zettel nehmen und in die nächste Mülltonne damit.
