I admit it's a bad joke. The phrase "break wind" is an euphemism for farting and "wind breakers" imply that they are designed to do that instead of shield you from the wind.
But -- I don't need any help with that, if anything they need to invent a way to blow up balloons with such wind-breaking superpowers as men like me possess.
