Remember this will only find communities you're instance already knows about, so it's worth a browse through lemmyverse.net occasionally to find new ones that pop up.
Lemmy and kbin in general just by themselves are amazing. So different compared to Reddit. Redditors on some subs think they are elites. This place is friendly. I haven’t been ask through lemmy yet but I really like it
If you're into it, https://slrpnk net is a pretty sweet instance. Lots of ecological and other solar punk communities. It's where I set up the new NoLawns community.
