If you don't want to be a girl it's a very big risk for some money, small chance but big risk don't get greedy.

If you do want to be a girl, then the downside is apocalyptic inflation, due to how many times you need to do it to get the 1% and how much money will be summoned to.
Well it seems like there's only 1 button, with 99% chance of money and 1% chance of gender-swap, and the person was advocating to keep pressing it until hitting the 1%
