How the fuck did Biden think a ceasefire was going to happen? Netanyahu wasn't consulted, Hamas was against it, and the "agreement" they tabled basically regurgitated the Israeli proposal that was already shot down.
Who is running the state department in this administration and how are they so incompetent?
