What makes someone a criminal in war? 🤔
Apparently just being president of the US, because the last president that I can't remember being called a "war criminal" was Clinton, and that was probably only because people were hyper focused on blow jobs.
People really do have the memory of a goldfish.
I have several memories of a goldfish, but I did have him a long time.
