He really was. I like that he was so excited about this. I didn't like that I still don't know why the flag is the way it is or what it means, although I've got a decent idea what it might mean.

It's much more simply a 4:3 (the red part) but the blue border messes it up enough to make it interesting ;)

There's no current sovereign state that has a flag quite like it. It's very unique.
