Maybe all of the other religions are here to confuse us, and part of *the test*?

I was told as a child that those that pray to the wrong god because they don't know better are automatically forgiven and granted access into heaven. Pretty fucked up that missionaries keep trying to spread his name around. "How would you like the chance for eternal suffering in hell?"

In Dante's Divine Comedy they end up in Limbo, but it appears that a more conventional view is to allow the heathens some slack: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtuous_pagan

There are also those people that don’t believe humans will be thrown into hell, that they’ll be given a final chance in the revelation.

Of course, the ones that knew before… they’re special.

The Pirahã had the best response possible. Sorry, our grammar does even support the act of talking about shit you haven't directly seen, your book is untranslatable. Don't kill that spider, he's a bro.

"The creator" feels no remorse creating people with the "wrong" sexuality or gender identity, and automatically condemning them to hell. I don't see why he'd have any more sympathy for the people praying the wrong god. He's clearly a cruel, twisted asshole, after all.
