Finally! Mozilla Firefox is Bringing in Tab Grouping Feature

https://news.itsfoss.com/mozilla-firefox-tab-grouping/

Mozilla Firefox should gear up as an excellent option for power users and productivity enthusiasts with this feature.

I would be so happy if this feature makes it into Firefox this year

if they could do this and implement native vertical tabs with options to hide the top horizontal tab bar, it would be amazing.

I've been happy with the Simple Tab Groups extension, but built-in support would be welcome, since it would have better access than an extension.

I've been half way happy with it. I find the backup folders annoying and it would be awesome if you had the option to containerize tab groups

"Power users" as understood by average UX designers. Real power users would prefer an improved extensions API so that we can have tabs placed and arranged however we'd like.

I mean, the realest power users use userChrome.css to do whatever they want with the UI...

@Ephera@lemmy.ml @kbal@fedia.io Have used userChrome.css to retain the old more compact user interface for years.
