There are so many great ones in London it's ridiculous. Maybe start at Prufrocks (as seen in several James Hoffmann YouTube videos)

That is true, but there are also some gems like Quima https://www.qimacafe.com/ on Warren street. They grow their own coffee in Yemen, as far as I know, and it is delicious.

Maybe not the best, and perhaps not quite considered London, but I always love the black lab just outside clapham common station.
